How Corny

We had to fill up our FlexiFuel car for the first time today. We put E85 in it; that's 15% gasoline from dead dinosaurs and 85% ethanol from fast growing Paulownia trees. Look for the blue handle and fill it up.

Just curious about where you are from and the Paulownia Tree's Ethonol. I have been researching the possibilities of forest-growing these trees. I live in the Southern United States. Many people are very negative about this tree.
I do knnow of the value of the wood.
During my research, I discovered that quite a few celebrities grow them in the US. This includes Hollywood stars AND one of our former Presidents, President Jimmy Carter. He sells, as well as uses the lumber himself. Recently, he donated a cabinet he made of Paulownia wood to an auction ( I think it is one that he and his wife sponsor for some charity.) The cabinet brought $250,000 (US)dollars!!!
I am thinking that my area might not be conducive for the tree, as we have a humid climate.
If you know of any other places I can get info on these trees, I would greatly appreciate it!
Thanks!
P.S. I wish I could fill up at your station! How much is it per gal? Here, gasoline is $2.80!
