Truth in Advertising

This jar clearly states it's contents: "100% Fruit & Berry Strawberry Jam." They even glued a frilly paper thingy to the lid, just to let us know how wholesome it is.

But if one dares to turn the jar around and have a look at the ingredients, it contains preservatives: Calcium sorbate. Granted, it's only 0.1%, but still...some quick math reveals that this product is really 99.9% Fruit & Berry! I don't really know what calcium sorbate is, but Wikipedia says it's 'CaC12H14O4' and that sure as heck aint no fruit or berry.
