Pannkakor

My first attempt at making Swedish pancakes with whipped cream and lingon berries. Not bad!

What crazy Swede told you to have lingonberries with pancakes?! Save the lingon for your meatballs. You should try blueberry jam! Mattias wants you to try Halle Berry but I think he got the berry thing all wrong.

Yeah, we messed up, but lingonberries were all we had! Others have told us that strawberry jam is best, or cloudberry. For our next batch I used blueberry, and that was good. We could try Halle Berry, but I'm not sure she'd accept our invitation...
