Apologies for being late!! What is this?
Answer to last week: Yes, pepper seeds. But it was a weird pepper, here is a wider shot of the guts:
...one fun thing to do is to dig a big freakin hole, jump down in it and find some pipes to fix.
Wildflowers are blooming everywhere in the forest right now.
If you translate this sign from Spanish it says "one free hour"...
...but in Swedish it says "one free whore."

Answer to last week: Allison had the right idea. That was an x-ray of Leo's sinus cavity. It was taken a few years ago, but we recently found it while sorting and purging our stuff.
Happy Birthday, Denise...
Is it just me, or is Ava gonna look just like this in 5 years?
...and Jon!
I went digging through the archives for these:
Happy Birthday, Tia and Allison #1 (I'll be #2 for today).
Leo got to go to the Canary Islands this week for work to do high-altitude high-temp testing. Here's a view from the top looking down on the clouds.

There was some confusion with last week's since some of you thought we were pointing to the guard over the rear wheel. What we were trying to point to is the 'Springer.'

This jar clearly states it's contents: "100% Fruit & Berry Strawberry Jam." They even glued a frilly paper thingy to the lid, just to let us know how wholesome it is.
But if one dares to turn the jar around and have a look at the ingredients, it contains preservatives: Calcium sorbate. Granted, it's only 0.1%, but still...some quick math reveals that this product is really 99.9% Fruit & Berry! I don't really know what calcium sorbate is, but Wikipedia says it's 'CaC12H14O4' and that sure as heck aint no fruit or berry.
