There's usually just Saabs, Volvos and various French cars on our street, but somebady went and parked a Larborghini in front of our house.
We've now had our longest days, which means they are unfortunately going to start getting shorter again. It was only 'dark' from 12:30 to 2:30 last night, and even then, the sky was just a dark blue.

Yestarday was Sweden's biggest holiday- Midsummer Eve (the summer solstice). It's a day for family and friends to dodge the rain, dance around a large phallic symbol, eat herring & potatoes, and most importantly: drink.

It seems like every few weeks a new flower dominates the landscape. Most recently, these trees have burst into bright yellow bloom. When you walk by they are literally buzzing with all the bee activity:

We've been having extremely sunny and warm weather for over a month now. Last night was really warm, so off to the sea we went for an evening swim and picnic.
