In the belly of a whale

The natural history museum here has a mounted blue whale skin--not a very common thing. Even more unusual, every once and a while they open it up so visitors can go inside of it, which is exactly what we did today. Crazy!

Horsing around

I took Max to see some horses a few weeks ago and he was absolutely terrified. Not anymore. Yesterday he walked right up to them without hesitation and laughed when they snorted.

After a good 6 months of uncontrollable drooling and biting on anything and everything, Max's bottom two teeth finally erupted last week. His upper incisors are not far behind.

Bockstensturen 2010, Varberg

I rode the Bockstensturen, a 100km race on mixed terrain: Asphalt, gravel, tractor roads, single track. It took me 4:36, average speed of 22kph. Lots of fun. Could be my last 'long' ride here in Sweden for now.
