Dad's 81st birthday.

Max had been happily sleeping in his big boy bed for almost a month now. I thought we had successfully and seamlessly made the transition, but yesterday he insisted on having his crib back. So, here we are.

The garage parts arrived this morning. It should be all assembled by the end of the day.

Luckily, Max is around to supervise the whole operation.
